Celerisequestrian offers professional support services within the equestrian industry, including training coordination, facility planning, and performance management. Our work is advisory and operational in nature, and does not replace licensed veterinary, medical, or legal advice.
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information regarding their facilities, horses, and riders. Any failure to disclose relevant safety or health conditions may limit our ability to deliver effective services. Clients are responsible for implementing agreed recommendations in a safe environment.
Celerisequestrian shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of competition opportunities, injury to horses or riders, or property damage arising from the use of our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All training plans, facility layouts, performance dashboards, and written materials provided by Celerisequestrian remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for internal stable operations but may not redistribute or sell them without written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must cease use of any proprietary materials and return or destroy confidential information. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
